The Fiddler’s Creek Community Development District #2 is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on November 25, 2002 by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, Ordinance No. 02-61 for the purpose of financing the acquisition and construction of and managing the maintenance and operation of certain community development services and facilities within and without its boundaries.
The Fiddler’s Creek CDD #2 encompasses an area of approximately 1,068.09 acres, near the City of Naples in an unincorporated area of Collier County. The District is surrounded by residential, agricultural, public and undeveloped land uses including U.S. 41 to the north, Fiddler’s Creek CDD #1 to the south, Imperial Wilderness Mobile Home Park to the north, agricultural uses to the east, a public school, agricultural and undeveloped lands to the west.
The District includes commercial areas, stormwater management systems, utility infrastructure, irrigation facilities, landscape roadways, gated entries and landscape perimeter berms.
